The phone can not really be defined as a "smartphone" . . . the apps for these phones are bad . . and expensive. I would get a real smartphone if I was you. I have to wait until february, but it will be much needed. I have been lost several times and needed something to help me . . .the enV phones will not help. I can't stand VZ Navigator - it doesn't bring up results on a map, so you're left clicking each location, clicking to see it on the map, zooming out so you can actually see it in relation to your position...
